CdR Strengthens Geneva Board with the Appointment of Caroline Greenwald

CdR Capital, a global private investment group, is pleased to announce that Caroline Greenwald has agreed to join the CdR board in Geneva as a Non-Executive Director (subject to final FINMA approval).

Caroline is the co-managing member of one of New York’s long-established hedge funds, P. Schoenfeld Asset Management (PSAM), and is regularly cited as one of the leading executives in the US alternative industry. Caroline brings to CdR wide-ranging experience spanning the international regulatory and investment landscape. Additionally, she brings powerful insights on philanthropy and next generation female leadership.
