Omar started his career in Financial Services in 1992 at SBC O’Connor (later UBS). He has extensive experience in derivatives, structured products, alternative assets and FX and Equities. Omar has worked for SBC/UBS and Goldman Sachs. Omar has an M.A. in Engineering from Pembroke College, Cambridge.
Anthony started his career in Financial Services in 1998 at DST International. He has extensive experience in Execution trading, optimization, research and development. Anthony has worked for HSBC Investment Bank, Merrill Lynch, GLC Ltd and Iceberg. Anthony has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Leeds.
Leila started her career in 2004 at BlueCrest Capital as Head of Client Services where she spent six years developing the Client Service team and managing global client relationships. She then joined CQS as Global Head of Client Service where she was responsible for creating and managing the dedicated Client Relations and Client Communications teams, working with existing and potential investors globally. Leila holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business (majoring in Finance) from the University of South Australia, graduating with Dean’s Merits.
Bojan started his asset management career at Axa Rosenberg in 2001 where, as institutional sales director, he spent six years building the European institutional client base. Bojan has more than 15 years’ business development experience covering both institutional investors and consultants. He has worked for Axa Rosenberg, BlueCrest Capital Management and CQS. Bojan holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Economics from London School of Economics.
Nicolas started his career in 1982 at BAII (later BNP Paribas). He has extensive experience in corporate banking, credit structuring, asset management in long-only and alternative investments. Nicolas has worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific for BAII, Deutsche Bank and Citigroup and founded in 2004 NIYASA Capital, a multi-family office in Geneva. Nicolas has an M.B.A. in International Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
Nour started her career in 2008 at Generation Alfa in Geneva. She has extensive international experience in wealth management, strategy and business development. Nour has also previously worked for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, advising ultra high net worth individuals. Away from finance, Nour was a senior commercial manager for Parfums Christian Dior in the MENA region. Nour holds an MBA from INSEAD, a B.Sc. in Economics from Royal Holloway College, London, and an M.Sc. in Investment Management from Cass Business School in London.
Apostolos (“Stoli”) Katsaris started his career in 2002 in academia before consulting for Schroders in 2004. He has extensive experience in Alternative Investments and Systematic Risk Premia, focusing on combining qualitative and quantitative investment disciplines. Apostolos has worked for Caliburn Capital Partners and most recently for Albourne Partners, where he was Partner and Head of Dynamic Beta (Systematic Investment Strategies). Apostolos holds a Ph.D. in Finance and a M.Sc. in International Securities Investment & Banking from the University of Reading and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in International & European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Steve started his career in 1986 at Bankers Trust. He has global management experience from both the investment banking and asset management industry. Steve has worked for Bankers Trust, SBC/UBS, Credit Suisse and BlueCrest. Steve has a B.A. in Law from Downing College Cambridge, where he currently serves on the investment committee.
Hoda started her legal career in 1991 as an attorney. She has extensive commercial law experience and is specialised in Intellectual Property (IP) and Information Technology (IT) law and advises private clients and governments in strategic high level legal matters and issues. Hoda started her career in a boutique London firm and then moved to Dubai to lead the IP/IT team of the largest non-affiliated law firm in the region. She later became Managing Partner of the same firm where she was responsible for multiple offices, 130 lawyers and 300 employees. She currently runs her own practice, Hoda Barakat Legal Consultancy (HB Legal). Hoda has an Honors Degree, Bachelor of Arts (Law) and an M.A in Law both from Clare College, University of Cambridge UK.
Samy started his career in Financial Services in 1996 at JP Morgan. He has extensive experience in asset management, equities, equity derivatives, fixed income and FX trading. Samy has worked in Geneva, New York and Riyadh for JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS. Samy holds a double major in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as a Marketing Certificate from Webster University in Geneva.
Mark started his career in 1984 in Law before moving to Finance. He has global management experience in wealth management, investment banking and consulting. Mark was worked for Mitsubishi Trust, UBS (Warburg), Cazenove, BNP Paribas and was CEO and CIO of Walker Crips Group. Mark has held many Director and Trustee positions and is a member of Council of The University of Buckingham and of Radley College, as well as being a prep-school Governor and a medical charity Trustee. Mark has a Masters of Arts in Law (Hons) from Downing College Cambridge.
Paul started his career in 1987 at Goldman Sachs. He has broad experience of investment strategy and asset management operations in both multi-manager and single manager fund businesses. Paul has worked for Goldman Sachs, Safra Republic, Buttonwood, Langlade, Bluegold, Andurand, and Volpe Capital. Paul has a B.A. (Hons) in Mathematics and Management Studies from Brunel University.
Sabrina started her career in Financial Services in 1997 with JP Morgan. She has extensive experience in Active Portfolio Advisory working with private clients as well as family offices. Sabrina has worked for Morgan Stanley and UBS. Sabrina holds a Masters in Banking and Finance from HEC University in Lausanne.
Stamatis started his asset management career at Fulcrum Asset Management in 2010. He was principal quantitative strategist and portfolio manager of the Multi-Asset Volatility Fund. Stamatis has worked for RWC Partners in 2015 as the volatility and derivatives specialist in the Quantitative Strategies Division, and at the ICMA Centre at the University of Reading. Stamatis holds a Ph.D., and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Reading and a B.Sc. in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Sara started her career in 2001 at Credit Suisse in investment banking. She joined Atlas Capital (now Sciens Capital Management) in 2006 as client services and product development officer, went on to Caliburn Capital Partners as a research analyst and investment manager. Most recently, she has worked at SKD Wealth Management and Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) in Geneva. Sara holds a MSc. in Business Administration from Bocconi University.
Philippe started his career in 1999 at Merrill Lynch International Bank in London. He has extensive experience in wealth and asset management in addition to the real estate and TMT sectors. Philippe has worked for Merrill Lynch, Safe Host, Morgan Stanley and UBS. Philippe has a B.Sc. in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University as well as an M.B.A. in International Management from HEC University in Geneva.
Richard started his career in financial services in 1997 at Credit Suisse, where he was a Director in the Prime Services Risk function, responsible for margin lending to hedge fund clients. Richard then joined CQS where he was responsible for the risk management of a number of hedge and long only funds, across multiple asset classes. He has extensive experience in market, counterparty and liquidity risk management. Richard holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Clare College, Cambridge.
James started his career in 1994 at the Banque Nationale de Paris in London. He is an experienced global multi-asset trader and trading technology specialist. James has also worked for Société Générale, JP Morgan, DRKW, Man Group, Fulcrum Asset Management and Iceberg. James has a B.A. in Economics from Sussex University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics and Finance from Bristol University.
Jessica started her career in Financial Services in 2013 at Acuma. She has extensive experience in office management, executive administration and human resources. Jessica has worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Etihad Airways and Aviva. Jessica has a Certification in Human Resource and Recruitment and completed her studies in Plunket College, Ireland.
Jenny started her career in 1998 as a UK litigation and real estate solicitor. Since 2006, she has run single and multi-family office platforms, attending to all of her clients’ structuring, finance, trust and governance needs, as well as overseeing compliance and MLRO functions. Jenny has worked for the Louvre Group as a director and Reliance Trust as a senior manager. Jenny has an undergraduate degree in French and European studies from Queen Mary and Westfield London University and is a qualified UK solicitor.
Yves started his career in 1982 in Law before moving to Finance. He has experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, servicing families and also offers a wide spectrum of compliance and distribution services to the asset management industry in Switzerland via the companies he founded Aforge Finance and Hugo Fund Services SA. Yves has worked for Banque Unigestion SA, Unigestion Asset Management, Aforge Finance, Hugo Fund Services (now Acolin Holding AG). Yves is currently a member of the Board for Procimmo SA, the Football Business Academy SA and Hugo Partners Holding SA. Yves has a degree in Law from the Université de Genève and a Masters in Law from New York University.
José started his career with KPMG’s Deal Advisory division in Lisbon, Portugal, advising on Mergers & Acquisitions. He joined CdR Capital early in 2019 as an Investment Analyst in the Wealth Management division. José holds an MSc in Finance from Católica-Lisbon School of Business & Economics and has also completed exchange studies with Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil and Kozminski University in Poland. José is a CFA© charterholder.
Caroline started her career in Financial Services in 2006 at Morgan Stanley in Geneva. She has extensive experience with Ultra High Net Worth individuals from multiple jurisdictions mainly supporting relationship managers and investment advisers. More recently, Caroline worked for UBS Wealth Management. Caroline holds a Master degree from the HEC University of Geneva.
Faysal started his career in Financial Services in 1989 at Chase Manhattan Bank. He has extensive experience in investments, corporate strategy, and M&A. Faysal has worked for Bankers Trust, UBS, the Middle East Capital Group, the National Commercial Bank (NCB) and the Savola Group. Faysal has a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University and has completed graduate and executive programs at the University of Chicago and INSEAD. He is a member of the Market Technicians Association.
Athanasios started his investment career at Fulcrum Asset Management in 2006, leading quantitative research in alternative beta/risk premia strategies. He oversaw their quantitative products and was a member of the risk committee. Most recently, Thanos was Partner and the Head of the Quantitative Strategies Division at RWC Partners. He has held research positions at the University of California in Los Angeles and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. Thanos holds a Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA and a B.A. and M.Sc. in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
Emma Johansson started her career in Financial Services in 2011 at Trans-Fast Remittance (London) Ltd and has extensive experience in back office operations, administration and compliance. Emma has an ICA Diploma in Compliance awarded in conjunction with the Alliance Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester.
Mohamed started his career in Investment Banking in 1975 at Citibank Jeddah. His experience spans foreign exchange, fixed income, real estate and private equity. Mohamed has worked in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and London for Citibank, UBS and InvestCorp. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Alexandria University.
Robin started his career in Financial Services in 1986 at JP Morgan. He has extensive experience in derivatives and alternative assets including specialising in senior life settlements. Robin has worked for many institutions including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bankers Trust, Bear Stearns, UBS and BlueCrest Capital Management. He was also a Military Officer trained in 3rd generation supersonic fighter jets for the Swiss Air Force. Robin has a M.A. in History, Political Science and International law from the University of Zurich.
Paulina began her financial career in 2000 at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York, managing portfolio risk and exposure through credit default swaps for the Investment Banking Division. Paulina then joined GoalQuest, a software company, where she was VP of Operations for five years, responsible for all day to day functions of the company, including finance, legal, HR and IR. She then worked for Sucafina, a coffee trading firm, based in Geneva. Paulina holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
Colin started his career in 2005 at JP Morgan Asset Management. He has extensive experience across Middle Office including operations, fund accounting and oversight of third-parties. Colin has worked for JP Morgan Asset Management, Jupiter Asset Management and Newmarket Asset Management. Colin is a CFA charter holder and holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
Celine started her career in Financial Services in 2009. Her operational experience includes technology, office management and administration, marketing and recruitment. Celine has worked for companies such as COFRA, Standard Chartered Bank and Edmond de Rothschild. Celine graduated from the University of Caen in France with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Foreign Languages.
Carlos started his career in the financial markets in 1989 at Citibank. He has experience in Fixed Income Trading, Hedge Funds and Asset Management, as well as oversight in the Family Office arena. Carlos has worked for Cargill, Bear Sterns, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Guggenheim Partners. He is one of the founding partners of Hollander Asset Management in Brazil and in the US. Carlos has an M.B.A. from University of Minnesota, USA.
Vinicius started his career in the financial markets in 2002. He helped found Hollander Asset Management, where he is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and a Registered Investment Advisor. Vinicius has a B.B.A. in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor (Series 65) and certified in Advent Axys and Advent Performance Reporting.
Rodrigo started his career in 2013 at Hollander Consultoria in Brazil. He has experience in Economics, Derivatives, Quantitative Analysis and Strategic Consulting. Rodrigo holds a B.A. in Economics from the Federal University of Sao Carlos, Brazil.
Stephanie brings with her over 15 years of marcoms experience to the team. Throughout her career she has provided both large and small businesses with marketing, communication and design consultancy with a particular focus on print and web design, and social media. In her spare time she is a volunteer firefighter for the City of Geneva and has a B.A. in Visual Communication from the HEAD in Geneva.
